Terms of Service

1. Applicability
These terms of service apply to all agreements between RHM Digital and customers who use the RHM Digital platform. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
RHM Digital offers a SaaS platform that allows users to measure and optimise the visibility of their brand in AI-generated responses. The service includes:
- Automatic daily or weekly measurements via multiple AI models
- Insights into scores, sentiment analysis and Share of Voice
- Comparison with competitors
- Recommended improvement actions with content templates
- Tracking of domains cited by AI (Source Tracker)
3. Subscriptions and payment
RHM Digital offers subscription plans: Basic (€49/month) and Pro (€79/month). An Agency plan is coming soon. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made monthly in advance. In case of non-payment, RHM Digital reserves the right to suspend access to the platform.
New users receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, the chosen subscription starts automatically unless you cancel before the end of the trial.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid will not be refunded unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
It is not permitted to use the platform for:
- Sending misleading, illegal or harmful content via AI prompts
- Circumventing security measures or limits of the platform
- Reselling or sublicensing access to third parties without permission
- Activities that disrupt the platform's operation for other users
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the platform, including software, design, texts and data structures, are owned by RHM Digital. You retain all rights to the content you enter yourself (company name, website, prompts). You grant RHM Digital a limited licence to process this content for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Availability and maintenance
RHM Digital aims for an uptime of 99.5% per month but does not guarantee this. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of unexpected outages, we aim to restore service as quickly as possible. Downtime does not entitle you to a refund unless the total outage in a calendar month exceeds 12 hours.
8. Liability
RHM Digital is not liable for:
- Indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated responses from third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Decisions you make based on the scores and recommendations in the platform
- Data breaches caused by third parties we work with
Our total liability is in all cases limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months prior to the event causing the damage.
9. Plan limits
Each subscription has limits on the number of workspaces, prompts, competitors and AI models. If these limits are exceeded, the relevant action will be blocked and you will be asked to upgrade. RHM Digital reserves the right to adjust limits with at least 30 days' notice.
10. Changes to terms
RHM Digital may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date is considered acceptance of the amended terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted in the first instance to the competent court in the Netherlands.
12. AI systems and the EU AI Act
RHM Digital uses third-party AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, all routed via OpenRouter) to simulate AI conversations and to summarize results. RHM Digital classifies its own use of these systems as limited/minimal risk under the EU AI Act - see our AI disclaimer for the full inventory and reasoning, and our AI literacy page for how to interpret AI-generated output responsibly.
You must not use RHM Digital for high-risk or prohibited AI use cases under the EU AI Act (for example recruitment/HR screening, credit scoring, medical diagnosis, legal or government decisions, education grading, biometric identification, social scoring, or emotion recognition). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe the platform is being used for such a purpose.
